My Interpretation: I decided to just start at the beginning of my new NIV Bible and chunked out the phrase from Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning”. The NIV Bible I have references to other scripture that relates to this phrase. Up above I have rooted all of them. I noticed however as in the back of my mind was the question of “God, What are you and how did creation happen?” it seemed to answer that question. Look closely if you run all the basic root scriptures together it runs into each other just fine.

How I Precieved Perception

“In psychology and the cognitive sciences, perception is the process of acquiring, interpreting, selecting, and organizing sensory information.”

So to start off Perception is the ability of gaining, stabilizing, working with, choosing, and deciphering information or description based on how your 5 or 6 senses get information from the environment we call life.

“The word perception comes from the Latin perception-, percepio, , meaning “receiving, collecting, action of taking possession, apprehension with the mind or senses.” “

In a restatement it is just what I described above. It is how the person comes to realization of what they sensed in their own mind.

Methods of studying perception range from essentially biological or physiologicalpsychological approaches through the philosophy of mind and in empiricist epistemology, such as that of David Hume, John Locke, George Berkeley, or as in Merleau Ponty‘s affirmation of perception as the basis of all science and knowledge.”

So the key into working out all the little ends of Perception is that you must have some sort of biological knowledge or background meaning you must know somewhat about how processes of the body work, and a physiological background which is the study in what I describe as how the biological processes work in order to understand the deeper parts of it.

Do Not Worry

Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life[a]? 28“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. Do Not Worry

8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

The main point I wanted to focus on was do not worry. As I read the scriptures above I felt like a child back in grade school when all the kids used to tease me because I was different. There is a verse that talks about the lillies of the field. When I read that I felt like I was so valueable to God. I felt all the pain and agony of my racing thoughts and worries vanquish from me and for once in my life actually felt like I was worth something. All my life I have never really had anyone to look up to not even my father because I always felt and still do feel that everyone is out to harm me. The only person I have ever really trusted or relied on is God. God has always been the stable ground in my life and he has always and when I say always ALWAYS helped me through my toughest times. I have had some pretty narly spiritual experiences where I believe I truly was fighting demons and God was there for me. Now I know there are more. There is Jesus Christ who died for me so that I may enter heaven. I do not wish to push these thoughts or what I write on anyone. I just write these things because of how I feel. If anyone takes what I write in a bad way then I say im sorry. I pray for them so that they may be humble and keep on pushing through their sarrows and problems and good times and joy in a bountiful and most admirable way. I even have problems praying. Most of the time I have to write it down and then say it outloud….this is just because I feel embarrase. These scriptures have always impacted me much. It just reminds me how perfect I am in God’s eyes as well as Jesus’.

Thought on society

The war with Iraq seems to be a big issue now. People take to their own opinions but by doing that it does not really accomplish a chance for peace. Some people believe we should stay and some people believe we should pull out. If people were a little more discerning maybe the world might have a fighting chance for peace. However, most societies now these days are so concerned with money, power, and sex. It seems the more new people I meet or come across with have bad morals and values and are very cold hearted. I don’t look on it too hard though because I know people have a lot of emotional void they have to go through with all the media, and war. I am just trying to say that if people were not so selfish in society and greedy we might have big positive changes in the world.

I myself am Christian just to start out with. I am a firm believer that religion should not be forced on people to adapt to. God gave us freewill so it is our choice. I myself like I said am a Pentecostal Christian. When you try to force religion on people it makes more sarrow in that person and makes them think distant from what was trying to be told to them. It is always good to keep asking questions about what life or God is. In closing the Bible also says love your enemies, because it is their biggest weakness.
